Roger Martin

Chief Revenue Officer

Roger Martin was the Chief Operating Officer of an industry-leading solid oral dosage pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organization. His prior experience includes serving in the role as President of a large topical semi-solid and liquid CDMO, and as a National Sales Director and Sr. Vice President of Sales leading sales and marketing teams of over 500 sales representatives in the specialty and big pharma market. Mr. Martin has extensive expertise in pharmaceutical sales management, leadership, sales force deployment, business development, strategic selling, contract negotiation, business-to-business service contracting, licensing, and contracted service marketing. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Arizona State University, and earned his Masters of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.

Stephen Halloran

Chief Operating Officer

Stephen Halloran has a strong history of performance in both corporate America and as an entrepreneur. After starting his career in sales with the largest privately held medical supply company, Medline, he moved into the branded pharmaceutical industry managing a territory for Sanofi-Aventis in the North East and earned top performance awards for sales. During his tenure with Sanofi, he also started and ran an online medical supply company serving medical offices nationally.

After relocating south, Steve worked in sales for Cintas selling rental linen products to all types of service businesses throughout the southeast. Two years later, Stephen launched his own industrial laundry filling a niche need in his local market. Within three years, he grew Tidewater Linen into a major competitor in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia area and sold it to Alsco, the largest linen rental company in the country. Throughout his youth and through his twenties, Steve studied and competed in martial arts, and specifically fought in over 20 amateur boxing matches. After the sale of Tidewater Linen, he started FastFit Boxing in 2013 in the Cornelius, NC. Steve quickly grew membership of his first boxing studio, which supported the launch of his second studio in Charlotte, NC in 2015. Since that time, FastFit Boxing has rebranded as RockBox Fitness and now has three corporate locations, the most recent in Waxhaw, NC. Stephen Halloran earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Virginia Tech.

Jeff Dudan

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Dudan is a franchise executive, founder and former CEO of AdvantaClean, a leading national provider of environmental and restoration services. Jeff grew AdvantaClean to over 230 franchise territories operating in 37 states, acting as the CEO until AdvantaClean was acquired in January of 2019.

Jeff is a published author, Forbes contributor, speaker, and serves as a consultant to emerging brands as well as a board/committee member serving YPO, Novant Health, and The AdvantaClean Foundation which is a National Strategic Partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

April Fisk


April Fisk started her career as a college volleyball coach and assistant athletic director with a passion for healthy living and empowering leadership. She quickly transitioned her career to the fitness industry and now brings with her over 15 years of experience working with several prestigious brands across the globe. Her career in fitness started as the 6th employee of Snap Fitness and was instrumental in taking the brand from 25 clubs in the United States to over 1700 clubs globally working in almost every area of the business. 10 years later she made the transition to the VP of International Operations at Orangetheory Fitness leading the international operations division to drive studio-level performance through the implementation of efficient and effective processes. April has extensive experience in fitness studio performance, development, support, and training. Managing relationships all over the world and providing strategic and operational support to franchisees in over 26 countries. Coordinating, leading, and delivering sales, training, and leading teams to success and ensuring a commitment to the ideals of the organizations she was representing.
